Heart Intelligence is provided by Innovatria LLC (“Innovatria,” “we,” or “us”). This statement covers TestFlight version 1.0, currently listed as HeartWatch Intelligence, and related beta feedback and support communications.
The app’s health features process your information on your iPhone. In this release, those features do not upload your Apple Health records or health analyses to Innovatria LLC servers or external AI services. This release stores and processes the app’s health information on your iPhone. TestFlight diagnostics, information you choose to share, and your own backup settings are explained below.
Our purpose and limits
Heart Intelligence is designed for people who have experienced an episode of atrial fibrillation (AFib) and want to better understand their recorded health information over time and discuss it with a clinician. The app is not intended to diagnose, treat, predict or prevent AFib or other medical conditions, or to provide emergency monitoring. The app brings together measurements from wearable devices and information recorded by compatible apps, including nutrition, to provide summaries for you and your healthcare practitioner. Consult a qualified clinician before making medical decisions or changing medication or treatment.
Apple Health information
With your permission, Heart Intelligence reads health and fitness information and nutrition information from Apple Health through HealthKit. The information available depends on the categories you authorize and the records on your device. It may include heart measurements, blood pressure and ECG metadata; sleep, breathing, oxygen measurements and wrist temperature; activity, workouts and cardiovascular fitness; nutrition and body measurements; and related dates, times and source details. Many of these measures are provided by you via 3rd party devices that also interact with Apple Healthkit.
The app uses this information to present your observations, summaries and patterns, including comparisons with your personal baseline when sufficient information is available. Health information and derived results handled by the app are stored and processed locally. HealthKit access is read-only: this release does not write or change your Apple Health records. We use HealthKit information only to provide the health features you choose to use; we do not sell it or use it for advertising or general-purpose AI model training.
Ask processing on your iPhone
The Ask feature handles your questions and responses on your iPhone. This release does not send your questions, answers or health information to Apple Private Cloud Compute or third-party AI providers at this time. Using Apple Private Cloud Compute may provide additional insight but the addition of this capability has yet to be determined.
TestFlight diagnostics and feedback
Apple’s TestFlight service automatically collects crash logs and usage information and makes them available to us. These records can include the app version, device and operating-system details, installs, sessions and crashes. Depending on how you join the beta, your name and email address may also be visible to us.
If you submit TestFlight feedback, Apple also shares your comments, screenshots and related technical information with us. Review screenshots and comments before sending them because they may reveal health information. We use beta diagnostics and feedback to investigate problems and improve the app, and do not share those TestFlight records with third parties. Apple describes its own handling in TestFlight & Privacy: https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/data/en/test-flight/.
Information you choose to share
If you choose to save or share information outside the app, such as a screenshot, the recipient or service you select receives that copy. Their handling of it is governed by their own practices. Deleting the app does not remove copies you have saved or shared elsewhere.
If you email support@innovatria.com, we receive your email address, message and any attachments. We use that information to respond to your request. Our support mailbox uses Apple iCloud Custom Domain. Please avoid sending health records by ordinary email unless they are needed and we have agreed on an appropriate way to provide them.
Your controls and local data
You can change or revoke Heart Intelligence’s access using Apple Health’s app-permission controls. Revoking a permission stops future authorized reads of that category; it does not itself delete information already held by the app. Removing app-held information does not delete the original records in Apple Health.
App-managed local information may remain on your phone while you keep the app installed. Use iOS Delete App to remove the app and its associated iPhone app data. Offload App preserves documents and data. Original Apple Health records, files you saved or shared separately, copies held by recipients, and existing backups are managed separately.
Device backups and Apple services
Apple Health synchronization and device backups are managed separately through your Apple settings. Depending on those settings and the data included, backups may preserve app information and restore it later. You manage those copies through the relevant Apple or backup service, whose privacy practices also apply.
Retention and privacy requests
The app’s health-processing features do not automatically upload your Apple Health records or analyses to a server in this release. We keep support correspondence and copies of beta diagnostics or feedback that we hold only while needed to handle the request or issue, improve the app, or meet applicable legal obligations. We delete those copies when they are no longer needed. Apple controls its own retention for TestFlight and other Apple services.
To ask about information we hold, request access or deletion, or raise a privacy concern, email support@innovatria.com with “Heart Intelligence privacy” in the subject. We may need enough information to verify and locate your request. We cannot remotely erase information stored only on your phone or copies held by a recipient you selected. To leave the beta, use Stop Testing on the app’s information page in TestFlight.
Protection and changes
Local information relies on the privacy and security protections of your device. Keep your device protected with a passcode and current software. No device or service can be guaranteed completely secure.
We will update this statement before introducing materially different data handling, including any future off-device health or AI processing, and obtain any consent required for that change. The effective date will identify the current statement. Contact Innovatria LLC at support@innovatria.com with questions.
